Refund and Returns Policy – Ecoverra LLC

Thank you for shopping at Ecoverra LLC. We want you to love your eco-friendly products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or flowers)
  • Personal care, hygiene, or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item shows signs of use.
  • It is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting time may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (processing may take a few days).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at info@ecoverrallc.com and ship the product to 7901 4th St N # 2801 St. Petersburg, FL 33702


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
  • If the order was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go directly to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: 7901 4th St N # 2801 St. Petersburg, FL 33702

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
